Meet the illustrator, Betsy Dill

Betsy Dill, a talented artist and illustrator, has painted everything from dancing caterpillars to fashion illustrations in her thirty year career. Her work has appeared in newspapers, magazines, educational curricula and on PBS-TV; but, her greatest joy was teaching art to young children. Her mother, who studied art in Italy, inspired her by painting everything in their home, from wall murals to bedsheets. Betsy lives in Centreville, Virginia with her son Brian and their Himalayan cat.
